生物质颗粒锅炉

该系列锅炉采用双锅筒纵向布置，使得炉膛的容积得以增大，延长了烟气停留时间，炉膛设计了双漩涡燃尽室，布置了二次风，空气动力状况极为优良，使得挥发份的燃尽率极高。

在锅炉本体设计上，该系列锅炉采用了膜式壁结构，减少了漏风，加强了保温效果并大大减轻了重量，使得运输、安装非常快捷方便。较之于组装锅炉,成本大大降低，安装工期大为缩短。

The series adopts double-drum and longitudinal layout to make the volume of furmace larger and the residence time of flue gas longer. The double-whirlpol secondary furmace and the secondary air are aranged, so the aerodynamie condition is exellet and the burnout eficiency of volatiles is very high.

For the boiler proper, membrane wall structure is used to reduce its air leakage, weight, and greatly improve the insulation efet, so the tarsporation and the inaslation becomne more convenient and easier. Compared with asembly boilers, the cost and the installation period will be greatly lower and shorter.
