甘蔗渣（煤粉）锅炉

本系列锅炉主要为糖厂燃烧甘蔗渣而设计，主要应用于制糖工业领域。我公司生产的甘蔗渣锅炉由于燃烧状况优良，深受用户的赞誉和好评，在东南亚国家也享有一定的声誉。

本系列锅炉可以保证甘蔗渣的充分燃烧，锅炉出力足，具有较高的锅炉热效率。解决了锅炉对甘蔗渣的水分比较敏感，燃用含水量比较大的甘蔗渣时燃烧得不好，热效率不高的难题。采用自然水循环结构，锅筒内装有足够的旋风分离器，每个旋风分离器分别配套相应的管子和集箱，保证锅炉的蒸汽品质。炉膛前墙下部布置喷渣口，炉墙四周敷设卫燃带，提高了主燃区温度。蔗渣喷口距炉排高度合理蔗渣预热条件好。锅炉的受热面积大，确保了锅炉的出力，锅炉排烟温度低，热效率高。锅炉运行成本低，自产甘蔗渣除满足锅炉运行的需求外，尚有大量节余。

Bagasse (Coal) Boilers are specially designed for sugar mill. Due to its good combustion eficiency, our bagasse boilers are highly appreciated by the users and enjoyed a good reputation in Southeast Asian countries.

This series will ensure fully combustion, enough steam output and higher heat efficiency. The problem has been solved that moisture of bagasse is too high to burn out with low heat efficiency. This series is natural water cycling structure with enough cyclone separators in the drum; every cyclone separator is equipped with pipe and header to make sure the steam quality. Bagasse nozzles are set at the bottom of furmace front wall. Refractory belt is laid around furnace wall to increase the temperature of primary combustion zone. The height between bagasse nozzles and grate is preferred to make sure better preheating condition for bagasse. The large heating surface area and low exhaust gas temperature ensure good output and high heat efficiency. What's more, the operation cost of boiler is economical, so bagasse consumption not only meets the need of boiler operation, but also will be left more.
